What started in 2014 as personal training, competing, and selling nutrition products slowly evolved into something much bigger. I had a vision for a nutrition shop-but not just any shop. I wanted something more. A smoothie bar on steroids. A place rooted in nutrition, energy, and lifestyle.
There was no business plan. No investors. No extra funds. Just belief and determination. I found used smoothie equipment from a business that had recently closed and brought it home-much to my wife’s frustration when she walked into our apartment and garage filled wall to wall with blenders and equipment.
After a year and a half of setbacks and nearly giving up-losing location after location-we finally found our Greenacres space. Still without funding or a formal business plan, we signed the lease and decided we would make it happen ourselves. With the help of our family, we handled the entire build-out on our own floors, drywall, paint, everything. We opened our doors with no employees and ran the business ourselves for the first four and a half months.
We truly started with nothing-just hard work, sacrifice, and a relentless belief that this dream could become something real.
